Stop starting over again and again and start living by standards you can actually keep. Your body, confidence, and life finally compound instead of reset.

it’s time to raise your standards.

A woman with long dark hair kneeling outdoors on a forest floor, surrounded by trees, wearing a green outfit and barefoot.

hi, I’m Jen

I believe in the power of compounding. Results don’t come from starting over—they come from staying in. If you’re constantly resetting, you never give your efforts time to stack and work.

If it feels like you’re always failing yourself, it’s not because you’re lazy or undisciplined. It’s because you don’t have structure. Structure creates consistency. And consistency is where everything changes.

I WANT THIS

are you ready to:

  1. stop relying on motivation entirely

  2. live by clear personal standards

  3. choose food, movement, routines you can do forever

  4. be consistent without drama

  5. feel hot, capable, and clean in your energy

  6. feel grounded, regulated, and self-trusting

  7. see compounding results instead of resetting ..again

then you’ve come to the right place :)

I WANT THIS

Why working with me is different than other health coaches

Most health coaching adds more rules. I remove them.

You won’t get:

  • A rigid meal plan

  • A prescribed workout schedule

  • Weigh-in pressure or scale anxiety

  • Food tracking or calorie counting

  • Restricted or “off-limits” food lists

You will get:

  • The identity shifts required to step into your healthiest, most vibrant self

  • A reset of personal standards that protect that identity

  • Aligned values, habits, and daily routines that support real life

  • A framework that holds—through travel, sickness, stress, good days, and hard ones

This work isn’t about control. It’s about consistency.
And consistency is what changes everything.

Your Questions, Answered

What can I expect when working with you?

We don’t chase trends, extreme protocols, or “30-day resets.” We strip your health down to what actually moves the needle and build standards you can keep—even when life is busy, messy, or inconvenient.

You can expect:

  • Clear, non-negotiable standards instead of endless rules

  • Simple routines that compound over time

  • Sustainable fat loss without crash dieting

  • Confidence in your food, movement, and daily choices

  • Less mental noise, fewer decisions, more consistency

This is not about perfection or willpower. It’s about creating a structure that makes doing the right thing the default.

If you’re tired of starting over and ready to feel grounded, capable, and hot in your body again—this is the work.

Who is this for?

Women who are tired of starting over, overwhelmed by wellness noise, and ready for structure that actually sticks. If you want to feel confident, capable, and hot in your body without extreme rules, this is for you.

Who is this not for?

If you want a strict meal plan, a detox, a 30-day reset, or someone to micromanage you—this isn’t it. This work requires personal responsibility and consistency.

Do I need to track calories or macros?

No. We focus on standards, portions, routines, and repeatable behaviors—not obsessive tracking.

Will I have to cut out foods or follow a specific diet?

No. We build a way of eating you can maintain long-term. Restriction creates rebellion. Sustainability creates result

Is this weight loss focused?

Yes—but not in a crash-diet way. Fat loss happens as a result of structure, consistency, and better standards—not punishment. It’s rooted in shattering the stories, beliefs and identities that make you feel less than great.

How is this different from other health coaching?

Most programs add more rules. I remove them. We simplify your routines so your results can compound instead of reset.

How long does it take to see results?

You will feel more in control after the first call. Physical changes follow as consistency compounds. This is not overnight—but it works.

Do I need to be “motivated” to start?

No. Motivation is unreliable. Structure is the point.

What if I’ve failed at this before?

That’s expected. You didn’t fail—you were given systems you couldn’t sustain. We fix the system.

Is this safe postpartum / for moms?

Yes. This approach is especially effective for moms because it’s realistic and flexible, but structured enough to give you some calm.

Is this therapy?

No. This is practical, behavioral, and action-based. We focus on what you do daily, not endless processing.

What does working together actually look like?

Zoom, phone or in-person (if in Austin) available! Expect the first call to be 60 minutes and follow up calls closer to 45 minutes.

Can I do this with a busy schedule?

Yes. If you couldn’t, it wouldn’t be worth doing.

How much does this cost?

I offer a limited number of high-touch coaching spots to ensure depth, discretion, and real results.

  • Initial Session: $225

  • Ongoing Sessions: $175

For clients ready to commit to consistency, I recommend a container:

  • 1-Month Container: $400 (Includes 2 private calls and high-touch support between sessions)

  • 3-Month Container (*recommended): $1,000 (Includes 6 private calls and high-touch support between sessions)

  • 6-Month Container: $1,900 (Includes 12 private calls and high-touch support between sessions)

All offerings include thoughtful, responsive support between calls during reasonable hours. This work is designed to feel steady, supported, and sustainable—not rushed or transactional.

*I don’t believe in time-based challenges. I do believe in clear structure. A defined start and end creates focus, momentum, and lasting change. Twelve weeks is enough to meaningfully shift habits, standards, and identity to last you a lifetime.

What exactly is included?

The calls will be most potent, however I come prepared with many worksheets, guidebooks and assignments to reframe your identity. Expect to get plenty of resources based on what you need :)

ABOUT ME

I’m Jen, founder of Grounded Wellness.

I’m a wife, mama to a 2 year old and living in Austin, TX.

Originally from Arizona, with a decade in the San Francisco Bay Area, I moved to Austin in 2024 after my priorities changed. I went from tech-corporate, work-hard-play-hard to meeting my husband and becoming a mom in 2023—and everything shifted.

I’ve always cared about health, but after pregnancy, I did what a lot of women do: I tried everything to get my body back. Every diet, workout, supplement, protocol, and “hack.” More effort. More information. More rules. And somehow… less progress.

The shift came when I stopped chasing intensity and started choosing what I could do forever. I simplified. I set standards. I stopped tolerating chaos in my routines and my body followed.

Grounded Wellness was born from that realization: health doesn’t need to be complicated to be effective. It needs to be sustainable, clear, and built on standards you actually keep.

This is wellness for women who want results, confidence, and a body they feel good living in—without burning out or starting over.
